Nedre Løberg is located on Lundamo in Melhus munisipality, approx. 20 km south of Trondheim, approx. 30 km and 30 minutes by car from Granåsen.
It is rural and peaceful with one of the world's most beautiful salmon rivers, the Gaula, as its nearest neighbor and surrounded by forests and rich nature.

The house we rent out is a newly renovated farmhouse that was originally built in the 1850s and has since been well maintained. We offer rental of the entire house during the WSC 2025, which includes the following:

- Two fully equipped kitchens

- Two beautiful bathrooms

- Six bedrooms with beds for up to 12 people

- Large living spaces

- Free Wi-Fi

- Entertainment in the form of TV and DAB radio

- Parking spaces for up to 5-6 cars
